"Start with a waitlist" How do you get 100 people on your waitlist though? Seem like a bit of a cold start problem here. Are your comments assuming you have some kind of an audience or following already?
Great Q. You don't get 100 on your waitlist on your day 1. You start with a waitlist, share that landing page with others in your social networks like Twitter or Linkedin. Then tweet and post daily to build in public and create momentum. Gradually you get 100 users if you have an idea that people want. Otherwise, back to the drawing board :)
