Two AI product launches: Lyro and Me4U
Got a chance to introduce 2 new AI tools on Product Hunt this week 🎉
⚡️ A QUICK NOTE ABOUT OUR FEATURED SPONSOR ⚡️
Thanks to this edition’s featured sponsor: Lyro AI
Bill Gates recently shared with The Wall Street Journal that AI is the most revolutionary technology in recent decades and entire industries will reorient around it.
Customer service is one such function that is being fundamentally reimagined as we speak.
There is a unique opportunity to augment and enhance the productivity of customer service teams leveraging LLMs and the power of AI.
But typically these innovations are accessible only to huge enterprises with billion dollar budgets. SMBs are left behind due to a lack of resources. Lyro AI wants to fix that.
Lyro is an AI chatbot (built by the Tidio team) for automating customer service, designed with SMBs in mind. It is powered by Claude LLM and other in-house models, Lyro can save you from overflowing chats, cut your support costs, and boost customer satisfaction. More importantly, it stays within your knowledge base and learns from customer interactions, minimizing the probability of AI hallucinations.
I recently got a chance to chat with the Lyro team and within minutes, they hooked me with their powerful vision of "democratizing AI for customer service". In our demo, I got to see how easy it is to implement and activate Lyro (took less than 2 minutes),
Here's why I got super excited:
Lyro handles up to 70% of common customer questions, freeing up your real agents to solve complex tickets. While human agents have an average response time of 2 minutes, Lyro answers questions in less than 5.5 seconds.
A few hours ago, I hunted Lyro AI on Product Hunt and it is rising up the ranks. Would LOVE to get your support, ideas and suggestions on the Product Hunt page. Check it out here.
Today’s essay:
JOY > ROI
Wanted to share a few notes to emphasize the joy of working in a state of flow, where tasks feel more like play than work. When I say “state of flow”, it is about pure curiosity and exploration, not for external show or tangible returns but simply for the sake of it - an act that can lead to surprising discoveries.
Richard Feynman, a renowned physicist, experienced this when he felt burnt out from societal expectations related to his groundbreaking nuclear physics research. Feeling burdened and uninspired by his work, he took time off to reflect on why he originally fell in love with physics.
Feynman remembered how as a child, he was fascinated by the way water flowed from a faucet. He wondered if there was an equation or theorem that could explain this simple phenomenon. This sense of wonder and curiosity led him to conduct experiments just for fun without any pressure to prove something profound.
Realizing this approach brought him joy and rekindled his passion for discovery is what helped Feynman overcome burnout. By pursuing things purely out of interest rather than obligation or expectation led him back into science's fascinating world.
A few months later, while indulging in scientific exploration out of sheer curiosity rather than performance anxiety, Feynman made a significant scientific discovery that ultimately won him the Nobel Prize in nuclear physics. (Source)
Steve Jobs also highlights a similar story in his iconic Stanford graduation speech where he says:
“So at 30 I was out. And very publicly out. What had been the focus of my entire adult life was gone, and it was devastating.
I really didn’t know what to do for a few months. I felt that I had let the previous generation of entrepreneurs down — that I had dropped the baton as it was being passed to me. I met with David Packard and Bob Noyce and tried to apologize for screwing up so badly. I was a very public failure, and I even thought about running away from the valley. But something slowly began to dawn on me — I still loved what I did. The turn of events at Apple had not changed that one bit. I had been rejected, but I was still in love. And so I decided to start over.”
The key takeaway here is: don't force creativity; let it come naturally through genuine curiosity and enjoyment.
When we focus on playing rather than performing under pressure – driven by our own intrinsic joy instead of others’ expectations – we unlock new insights which may even benefit society at large.
Future of AI + Creators?
Imagine being able to chat with your favorite celebrity creators and discuss topics you obsess about.
Imagine being able to learn and go deeper into your interests with world-class pros and experts. For example: Getting business advice from Alex Lieberman (founder of MorningBrew)
Me4U makes that dream possible. You can have authentic conversations with the authorized AI clone of your favorite celebrity creator or influencer. Me4U enables everyone to have 1:1 personalize chats with their favorite creators, enabling, for the first time, a two-way relationship between creators and fans.
I recently got a chance to meet the fantastic team building this super fun product and was instantly impressed. I helped them launch on Product Hunt yesterday. Join the launch activity here and share your feedback/suggestions. Thank you!
